​We consistently maintain a waitlist for our retreats due to high demand. Therefore, if a participant in a shared booking cancels, their spot is offered to individuals on the waitlist.​ However, for residence bookings—which include three bedrooms accommodating 3 to 6 people—the group retains full control over the reservation. This allows the group to add or remove members as needed, without the vacated spot being offered to the waitlist.
