Lora’s background is in corporate sales, corporate management, and - most recently - quality/product development for a company in the top 10 of the Fortune 500. She has brought this skillset into wellness industry management since 2006, when she developed successful retail programs for Baptiste Power Yoga Institute Boston, Baptiste Power Yoga Institute Cambridge, and On the Mat in Concord, MA.

Currently she owns two yoga studios in very different locations. Yoga on the Vine, a boutique studio on the island of Martha’s Vineyard which caters to high end seasonal clientele half of the year, and a loyal local population in the “off-season.” Alternately, Yoga of the Valley is a neighborhood studio in a suburb of Western Massachusetts, where the client base is stable, local, and cost-sensitive.

Both of these studios, and the Yoga Teaching School within them, has not only endured the challenges of 2020, but seen revenue increases, without any loan or grant assistance. We did so while staying in alignment with the principles of yoga, and yoga as service, supporting ourselves but also our teachers, trainees, students, community.

We help studio owners, and independent teachers alike create their own disaster-safe structure, for the most reliable revenue, and the least amount of extra legwork. There are no a cookie cutter programs in our portfolio, we look at each client and assess the approach that will be the best alignment. We work hand in hand with you to see each concept brought to both fruition, and profitability.
