Breathwork
Breathwork is a powerful, somatic healing practice that uses the breath as a portal into deeper emotional release, clarity, and nervous system restoration. Guided with presence and care, these sessions invite you into an altered yet grounded state—where stored tension, trauma, and stuck emotion can be safely accessed and released.
Led by Lora, who studies under the Director of the Breathwork Institute in Japan, our sessions are rooted in a deeply evocative and therapeutic style of practice. Through conscious, rhythmic breathing, the body begins to process what the mind has often held for too long. One client shared, “It was like 20 years of therapy in one hour.” These sessions are often described as energizing, emotional, and profoundly freeing. Lora’s teacher likens the experiences to a psychedelic experience, and starts most sessions with “have a nice trip.”
